My approach
If you have been injured, the last thing you need is complicated legal jargon and impersonal advice
Unique policy
I do not take on more cases than can be sensibly handled. This means close personal attention for you and your case.
Straightforward advice
I believe you need honest and straightforward advice. You need a clear view of your chances of success.
How Mark Thompson Law can help you
Personal injury trust for your compensation
If you have been injured and received compensation, you want to move forward with your life. If you are claiming means-tested State benefits, there is one final step to take. You must hold and use the compensation through a personal injury trust which will protect those benefits.
I set up Mark Thompson Law to deal with personal injury cases and trusts. I now limit my work to trusts alone.
My role as a solicitor is to help you understand the law and the benefit regulations. Trusts for compensation are perfectly legitimate and are allowed by the benefit regulations themselves.
I believe you need honest and straightforward advice. I will sympathise with you and your situation and, at the same time, you will appreciate the need for a businesslike approach. You need a clear view without unnecessary legal jargon.
I deal with clients throughout the United Kingdom, so geography is not a problem.
It is best to start with a chat. You can contact me without obligation on 01392 314086.
